ABS LDD Senior

As a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Senior at Citrin Cooperman's India office, you will play a crucial role in leading due diligence procedures for securitization transactions, specifically focusing on assessing loan portfolios. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, legal documents, and other relevant materials to evaluate risk and compliance. Working closely with the engagement team and stakeholders, you will be tasked with preparing tailored due diligence reports and presenting findings along with making recommendations to client management. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a strong emphasis on due diligence and securitizations, is required. You should have demonstrated expertise in testing creditworthiness across various asset classes, as well as proven analytical skills in financial modeling and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, along with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. A willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays, is also expected. Desired skills for this role include knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), experience with collateral testing and risk assessment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting to changing environments.
