ABAP Developer

As an ABAP Developer for S/4 HANA, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom programs, reports, forms, and enhancements using ABAP. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and optimizing CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, and RAP models. - Collaborating with functional teams (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.) to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions. - Conducting code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and optimization in HANA environments. - Integrating with SAP Fiori/UI5 and other S/4 HANA applications. - Supporting system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities. - Creating technical specifications, documentation, and managing transports. To excel in this role, you should have the following skills: - Strong experience in Core ABAP including BAPI, BADI, User Exits, ALV, Smartforms, and Interfaces. - Proficiency in S/4 HANA technologies such as CDS, AMDP, OData, RAP, and Fiori integration. - Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented ABAP and performance optimization. - Working knowledge of SAP modules (FI, MM, SD) for integration points. It would be beneficial if you have: - Exposure to SAP BTP / CAP / ABAP Cloud development. - Knowledge of Git, Jira, or Solution Manager. - Experience in Agile / DevOps environments.
