Abap Consultant

• Provide day-to-day production support and troubleshooting for SAP ISU ABAP modules within the AMS environment
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ABAP programming in the context of SAP ISU.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows, specifically for ISU processes (Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, etc.).
• Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes according to ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to resolve complex issues and deliver enhancements.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and user guides as needed.
• Adhere to established coding standards, quality assurance, and security protocols.
• Support integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
