IFS Field Service management

experience in working with IFS system with at least one IFS implementation and one support experience in Project Module.

Strong functional expertise in Designing, Configuring and implementing the IFS Project Module to meet the requirement. Experience working with IFS Managed Cloud Service Tools at least with with IFS 22R1 cloud release

Should be able to understand the AS IS busimess process, prepare the TO Be documents and perform the gap analysis. Sufficiently Equiiped to understand Project Scope, Cotrol and Risk to develop project management process and procecure. Working exposure in IFS cloud version and with IFS HR modules.. Ability to design, configure and customise the solution .

Should be able to provide technical support and troubleshooring Engage with customers/stakeholders for requirment gathering and create functional specification document. Should have been part of user/super user testing go live and cut over plan. Strong communication skills, both verbal and oral, in articulating the business need to the teams and stakeholders. Relevant certifications in IFS Applications and cloud platforms are highly desirable.

Experience deploying IFS Cloud and/or earlier IFS ERP applications. Secure successful implementations, upgrades and ongoing maintenance of IFS applications by providing support,
