AALP is the flagship leadership program that is designed to create young CEOs to head Adani businessesIt is an exclusive high impact program, designed to fast-track professionals into leadership roles across Adani Group businesses.This is a multi- year program divided into several parts.The AALP program starts with short term rotations within the Adani business sector chosen by the participant. This will be followed by the participant performing well structured roles designed for each year to work with CEOs, Managing Directors and Promoters.
