Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures on 5G fundamentals, architecture, and applications.

• Teach topics such as 5G NR (New Radio), network slicing, IoT integration, spectrum management, and core network evolution.

• Conduct practical lab sessions, simulations, and case studies for real-world learning.

• Develop training materials, presentations, and assessment tools suitable for college-level students.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in 5G and related telecom technologies.

• Encourage student participation through interactive teaching methods.

• Provide mentorship and guidance on 5G-related career paths and certifications.

• Awareness of

  6G research trends

  and upcoming wireless communication technologies.

Required Skills:

• Telecom Networks (2G/3G/4G/5G)

• 5G NR architecture

• network virtualization

• protocols, spectrum allocation, and deployment models

• simulation tools

• presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginner-level learners.

• Classroom and group facilitation skills.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech

• M.E./MTech

• Diploma in Telecom / Networking with relevant experience is acceptable.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in telecom/5G projects or training or related field. 

• Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred.
