4D Operator cum VR Trainer

As a 4D Operator cum VR Trainer, your role will involve handling both 4D simulator operations and Virtual Reality training sessions. You will be responsible for operating and managing 4D training simulators during scheduled training sessions and conducting VR training sessions based on predefined safety or technical modules. Ensuring daily maintenance and test runs of the 4D system, even when there are no participants, will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to ensure equipment readiness, proper functioning, and hygiene before each session, assist in the setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of both 4D and VR systems, and communicate clearly in English with internal teams for reporting and coordination. Fluency in Hindi is required for interacting with on-site participants or clients. Documenting daily training logs, maintenance activity, and feedback forms, as well as staying updated with new content and module changes provided by the company, are also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding or willingness to learn simulator and VR technology. - Good command of English (for reporting and internal communication). - Fluency in Hindi (for client-facing and participant training). - Technically inclined with strong attention to detail. - Willingness to travel or relocate if the project demands. - Education: Diploma/Graduate in any discipline (Technical background is a plus). Training & Onboarding: Hands-on training will be provided for operating the 4D simulator and conducting VR training, with ongoing support from senior trainers and the technical team.,
