Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solution Designer/Analyst, your role involves bridging the gap between IT and the business by gathering and shaping technical and functional requirements from program stakeholders. You will drive a comprehensive requirements management process through workshops with stakeholders, prioritize tasks, conduct fit-gap and dependencies analysis, elaborate user stories, provide estimations, and assess implementation risks. Your responsibility includes defining end-to-end telco solutions that meet stakeholder requirements, mapping requirements to design and code, ensuring proper documentation, and adhering to Telco standards (ODA/ ETOM/ SID). Additionally, you will provide support in the SDLC to Development & QA teams. Key Responsibilities: - Possess at least 5 years of software development experience in Java/J2EE, .NET, etc. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of OOPS Concepts. - Work with BPMN tools and have the capacity to understand user requirements and prepare HLD and LLD. - Trace requirements to design through to code effectively. - Create database model designs. - Have technical skills to comprehend the final solution. - Nice to have: Exposure to Aris, SQL knowledge, good English proficiency, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Collaborate effectively in a team using Agile frameworks. Qualification Required: - Experience in Telco solutions analysis based on TMFORUM standards (ODA/ETOM/SID). - Understanding of Telco business processes such as Customer Engagement, Customer Care, Customer Sales, Customer Order Management, Service Order Management, Telecom Catalogs, Telecom Inventories, Risk Management, and Number Portability. - Knowledge in Telecom application architectures. Additional Details: Develop competency in your area of expertise and share your knowledge by providing guidance and support to others. Interpret clients' needs, work independently or with minimum supervision, identify problems, and generate solutions in straightforward situations. Contribute to teamwork, interact with customers effectively, and enhance your skills and competencies in the role.
