Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities End User & Application\Platform support (Run mode activities)
Understanding of Architecture, installation, technical configuration and admin tasks on the platform
Investigation/analysis on 3DX, Infra, Licensing, DAAS, other issues including DevOps tool chain in place
Would be responsible for Operational readiness and overall Health to ensure application run without any unavailability and performance issues. Make sure health Metrics are in tolerable limits. Work with vendor for any escalations and credit note for degradation of service
Manage SNOW incidents (fixing platform Issues)
COTS Creation, follow-ups, designing solution as per Factory standards, implement the same, drive closure
Internal SR creation/update, follow-ups, designing solution as per Factory standards, implement the same, drive closure
Change Request and Problem creation, analysis, RCA identification, designing solution as per Factory standards, implement the same, multi env deployment if required
Linux usage for installation and debugging applications
Scripting (Bash/KSH)
CtrlM schedule creation, updation, deletion
Automate alerting mechanism
Production and other critical environment Monitoring
Communicate, work and interface with various Stakeholders from infra team, development teams, Business Solution group, support teams and Vendor.
