About the Role:
We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and visual presentations for our projects. The candidate should have excellent 3D visualization skills and the ability to convert concepts and drawings into detailed 3D views.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create realistic 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs based on project requirements.

· Work with architects, designers, and project teams to understand the design concept.

· Develop interior and exterior visualizations with accurate lighting, materials, and textures.

· Modify and enhance existing 3D models when required.

· Produce high-quality renderings for presentations, marketing, and client approvals.

· Ensure all 3D outputs match the project design, measurements, and brand standards.

· Stay updated with the latest 3D tools, trends, and rendering techniques.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Maya, or other 3D software.

· Experience with render engines like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape.

· Good understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and camera angles.

· Strong visualization skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Optional):

· Experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, product visualization, or animation.

· Knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, or other graphic tools.
