3D Visualizer

As a 3D Visualizer at Newarch, a 25-year-old landscape architecture studio in Mumbai, Borivali west, you will play a key role in enriching lives through transformative landscape architecture solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include constructing Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentations, assisting architects in space planning and design details, applying textures, and utilizing appropriate lighting techniques to enhance models. You will be required to create 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches, or real-life objects using software such as SketchUp, Lumion, D5, and Photoshop. Your role will involve enhancing images, adding special effects creatively, and developing 3D walk-throughs and fly-throughs in artistic fields. The ideal candidate for this position should possess 2-3 years of experience in the field and have extensive knowledge of 2D/3D rendering, Lumion, SketchUp, and Photoshop. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with leadership, management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning are also important qualities for this role.
