3D Visualizer exterior & interior

Key Responsibilities:

• Create realistic 3D renderings, visualizations, and walkthroughs for architectural projects, interiors, and real estate developments.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Develop high-quality 3D models from CAD drawings, sketches, or concept designs.
• Apply textures, lighting, and materials to produce photorealistic visuals.
• Prepare images, videos, and VR content for presentations, marketing, and client approvals.
• Ensure timely delivery of visuals while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Stay updated with the latest 3D rendering software, tools, and visualization trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3D visualisation software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or Corona Renderer.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and textures to achieve photorealism.
• Knowledge of post-production tools like Photoshop or After Effects is a plus.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and design briefs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
