Key Responsibilities: Create realistic 3D renderings, visualizations, and walkthroughs for architectural projects, interiors, and real estate developments. Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and design intent. Develop high-quality 3D models from CAD drawings, sketches, or concept designs. Apply textures, lighting, and materials to produce photorealistic visuals. Prepare images, videos, and VR content for presentations, marketing, and client approvals. Ensure timely delivery of visuals while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Stay updated with the latest 3D rendering software, tools, and visualization trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in 3D visualisation software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or Corona Renderer. Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and textures to achieve photorealism. Knowledge of post-production tools like Photoshop or After Effects is a plus. Ability to interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and design briefs. Good communication and teamwork skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
