3D Visualizer

As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating and producing 3D renderings and animations of architectural designs, interiors, exteriors, and environments. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to develop high-quality visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts. Your main responsibilities will include creating realistic 3D renderings and visualizations for architectural, interior, and exterior projects. You will develop 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials to enhance design presentations. Working in tandem with architects and designers, you will translate 2D drawings into detailed 3D visuals. Additionally, you will prepare walkthrough animations and interactive presentations for client approvals, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visuals that meet project requirements. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends and software advancements in the field of 3D visualization. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in 3D visualization is required. Proficiency in tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, or D5 is crucial, along with a strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition in 3D rendering. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in 3D visualization, SketchUp, and Enscape or D5.
