We're seeking a talented 3D Visualizer / Archviz Artist to bring our architectural designs to life through stunning visualizations. In this role, you'll work closely with architects and designers to create realistic and immersive 3D renderings and animations. Responsibilities include:

• Transforming architectural plans, drawings, and sketches into high-quality 3D visualizations
• Creating photorealistic renderings of interior and exterior spaces, including lighting, materials, and textures
• Developing virtual walkthroughs and flythrough animations to showcase design concepts
• Collaborating with project teams to understand design requirements and project goals
• Incorporating feedback and revisions to refine visualizations and meet client expectations
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies to enhance visualizations and workflows
• Participating in design reviews and client presentations to communicate design intent effectively
• Lead and oversee the design development process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and innovative architectural solutions.
• Distribute, delegate, and supervise tasks among junior designers, interns, and drafting staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
• Stay updated on current design trends, materials, technologies, and building codes to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, or a related field
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer or Archviz Artist
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender
• Strong rendering skills using rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, D5 and others
• Experience with post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop or After Effects
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create realistic and visually appealing renderings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality 3D visualizations and animations
