We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic design & build team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, proficiency in rendering software, and a passion for transforming concepts into realistic 3D visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D renderings for interior and architectural projects.

• Work closely with the design team to visualize concepts and bring ideas to life.

• Develop mood boards, lighting, materials, and texturing to enhance visual impact.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines and design quality.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of lighting, textures, and materials.

• Good sense of composition, scale, and color.

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and client briefs.

Bonus: Knowledge of animation or walkthroughs is a plus.
