About the Role

We are looking for a Unity 3D Environment Artist to create immersive and atmospheric environments for our game projects. You will be responsible for building scenes inside Unity

using existing and custom assets, setting up lighting and post-processing, and ensuring environments support gameplay and storytelling goals.


Responsibilities

  • Design and build environment scenes in Unity (interiors, exteriors, lighting, atmosphere).
  • Assemble and LOD preparation of 3D assets for use in levels.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure environments support gameplay flow.
  • Apply post-processing, shaders, and lighting setups to achieve mood and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with the art and programming team to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Unity scene building and level/environment setup (HDRP & URP).
  • Understanding of lighting, composition, and environmental storytelling.
  • Familiarity with optimization techniques for performance.
  • Experience with 3D assets (FBX, OBJ, GLB/GLTF) and prefabs inside Unity.
  • Good to Have: Skills in 3D modeling, texturing, or procedural tools (Blender, Maya, Substance, Houdini).
