Role Description

This is a part-time (unpaid) for beginners remote role for a 3D Prop Artist. The 3D Prop Artist will be responsible for creating and texturing 3D assets for use in our games. The artist will work closely with the design and development teams to ensure all props meet the visual and functional requirements of the game. Day-to-day tasks include modeling, texturing, and optimizing 3D assets, collaborating with other artists and developers, and maintaining high-quality work throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or 3DS Max
Experience with texturing tools like Substance Painter or Quixel
Understanding of game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine
Skills in optimizing 3D assets for performance and quality
Excellent visual and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaborate effectively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred
