Operate and manage medical-grade 3D printers for printing PEEK implants, surgical and cutting guides.
Collaborate with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in 3D printed models.
Ensure proper pre-processing and post processing for printing.
Troubleshoot printing issues, optimize parameters, and ensure consistent output quality.
Maintain and service 3D printing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and quality standards.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in medical 3D printing applications.
Experience with Intamsys 3D printers is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of biocompatible materials such as PEEK, and experience with surgical and cutting guides.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software and medical imaging software (DICOM to STL workflow).
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness and ability to relocate to Chennai.
