3D Modeler & Texturing Artist – Product Visualization

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented 3D Modeller & Texturing Artist with a strong focus on product visualisation to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating realistic and high-quality 3D models and textures of consumer products, industrial designs, packaging, and more for use in marketing visuals, ecommerce, animation, and interactive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create accurate and visually appealing 3D models of products based on reference images, or design briefs.

* Apply realistic textures and materials using PBR workflows to achieve photorealistic renders.

* Collaborate with product designers, photographers, and marketing teams to match visual standards and brand aesthetics.

* Optimize models for rendering performance and real-time applications (if needed).

* UV unwrap models and bake essential maps (AO, Normal, Roughness, etc.).

* Set up lighting and render scenes in Blender

* Maintain consistency in look and feel across product lines and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in 3D modelling and texturing, preferably in product visualisation. (Preferred from Watch Brand)

* Proficiency in 3D tools such as Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya

* Expertise in Substance Painter, Photoshop, and PBR texturing techniques.

* Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and rendering for photorealistic outputs.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reproducing real-world materials and finishes.

* Strong portfolio showcasing product models and renders.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with animation basics (e.g., turntable, exploded views).

* Knowledge of colour grading and post-processing for final renders.

* Ability to meet deadlines.
