As a highly skilled and creative Level Designer, you will be responsible for designing, sculpting, and texturing large-scale terrains for ScarFall 2.0, a mobile battle royale game in Unity. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, sculpting, and texturing large-scale terrains using Unity Terrain tools. - Creating playable and competitive outdoor environments suitable for battle royale gameplay. - Integrating 3D structures and natural elements into terrain layout. - Referencing real-world geography and architecture to inspire environment layout. - Collaborating with art and gameplay teams to ensure level design enhances core gameplay systems. - Ensuring performance optimization for mobile devices. To excel in this role, you must possess: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Unity Level Designer. - Strong proficiency in Unity terrain sculpting and texturing tools. - Understanding of battle royale gameplay flow, cover placement, and player movement zones. - Ability to design environments with a realistic visual style. - Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya). - Knowledge of UV unwrapping and PBR texturing workflows. - Solid understanding of scale, world composition, and player experience in level design. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
