3D Faculty / 3D Artist Trainer (Maya | ZBrush | Blender)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate 3D Faculty / Trainer to train students in industry-relevant 3D tools and workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Maya, ZBrush, and Blender and the ability to mentor students for careers in animation, VFX, and gaming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical training in 3D modeling, texturing, and sculpting
• Teach tools such as Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, and Blender
• Guide students in portfolio and showreel development
• Conduct regular assignments, assessments, and reviews
• Stay updated with industry trends and workflows
• Maintain classroom discipline and learning quality
• Coordinate with the academic team for batch planning

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of Maya, ZBrush, and Blender
• Understanding of modeling, sculpting, UVs, texturing, and rendering
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is preferred
• Industry experience in Animation / VFX / Gaming is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and student development
