3D Designer For POSM / BTL industry

As a skilled 3D Designer with expertise in POSM design and material knowledge, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D designs that meet client specifications. Your role will involve working independently on briefs from clients in FMCG, liquor & beverages, and cosmetics industries. Your background in Fine Arts will enable you to bring a refined artistic touch to the design process. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed and visually compelling 3D designs for POSM in alignment with client briefs and project requirements. - Utilize in-depth knowledge of materials to select suitable options for design execution, ensuring durability and visual appeal. - Manage client briefs independently by gathering requirements, providing design solutions, and incorporating feedback. - Oversee the entire design process from concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. - Collaborate closely with other designers, production teams, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions. - Apply experience and insights from working with FMCG, liquor & beverages, and cosmetics clients to create relevant and impactful designs. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5-9 years of professional experience in 3D design, with a focus on POSM design. - Strong understanding of various materials used in POSM and their applications. - Proven ability to handle client briefs independently and effectively. - Prior experience working with clients in FMCG, liquor & beverages, and cosmetics industries or work for these industries. - Preferably a background in Fine Arts or a related field. - Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender,) and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong visual and conceptual skills with attention to detail. - A robust portfolio showcasing relevant 3D design work, particularly in POSM and related industries.
