Job Description

Senior 3D designer + BIM

Shaping the visual and functional elements of our high-profile commercial projects.
Creation of
BIM models
for clients (LOD 300 to LOD 400 and LOD 500)
3D designing
and creation of fabrication drawings for complex projects

Key Individual Accountabilities

Strategic;

Ownership of the entire 3D designing work of a project
Understand clients' BIM models and create Facade model in accordance
Work planning and time estimation
Design team capacity analysis and planning

Financial;

Optimized designs as per project requrements
Creation of proper BOM for a project for correct estimation
Understand the client's requirement
Meet the delivery deadlines of design work
Lead the 3D team
Align organizational needs and team & individual growth

Candidate Profile:

Understanding of basic principles of Facade
Understand the BIM requirements in Facade design
Handle 3D creation if complex Facade elements
Understand client's 3D drawings and incorporation of Facade 3D models on it
Knowledge of building design codes and international standards is an advantage
ACad 2D & 3D, Inventor, Rivet and other 3D software used in the building and construction industry.
Good to have

Knowledge of analysis software like Ecotect, Revit & structural analysis SW like STAAD
