Job Title: 3D Designer – Interior Fit-out

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with 1–3 years of experience in the Interior Fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in 3D modelling, rendering, and visualisation of commercial and residential interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
● Create high-quality 3D visualisations of interior layouts and concepts for client presentations.
● Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to develop design solutions
● Understand client briefs and translate them into visually appealing 3D renders.
● Prepare 3D walkthroughs, conceptual renders, and detailed design presentations.
● Maintain design aesthetics and brand standards across all visuals.
Key Skills Required:
● Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
● Knowledge of space planning, materials, textures, and lighting techniques.
● Good understanding of construction and fit-out processes is a plus.
● Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
