3D Artist

You are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Game Artist to join your creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, modeling, texturing, and optimizing 3D assets for your games. You will collaborate closely with designers, animators, and developers to bring immersive and visually stunning experiences to life. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and assets for characters, environments, and props. Develop visually compelling game assets while adhering to the technical constraints of game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity, etc.). Optimize models and textures for performance and memory usage without compromising visual quality. Work closely with game designers, animators, and programmers to ensure art assets are seamlessly integrated into the game. Follow art direction and contribute to the development of visual style and aesthetics. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in 3D art, modeling, and texturing. Participate in feedback sessions and revise work based on team input. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a 3D Artist in the gaming industry. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or ZBrush. Strong understanding of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows and texturing software like Substance Painter or Photoshop. Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine. Solid knowledge of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques. Ability to work efficiently within technical constraints and optimize assets for real-time performance. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with rigging and animation. Knowledge of procedural modeling and texturing techniques. Familiarity with scripting and automation tools for art workflows. Understanding of UI/UX principles in game art.
