2nd Engineer Ashore- LNG

As a Technical Superintendent at one of the largest ship ownership companies in Mumbai, your role will involve overseeing the technical management and operational performance of assigned vessels. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to HSEQ policies and regulatory compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring maintenance standards to ensure the smooth operation of vessels - Managing incidents and marine casualties effectively - Controlling operational budgets to optimize costs - Coordinating repairs, dry-docking, and procurement of spares for vessels Additionally, you will be required to make regular vessel visits, facilitate effective coordination between ship and shore teams, and conduct performance appraisals of onboard crew. Your primary goal will be to ensure that vessels operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and statutory standards.
