2D Designer (Interior & Architecture)

As a 2D/3D Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces by developing designs in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional formats. You will use software to visualize layouts, select materials, and prepare presentation materials, including mood boards and 3D models. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and develop interior design solutions, including layout, space planning, and material selection. - Utilize 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, etc., to create floor plans, elevations, details, and visualizations. - Prepare and present design concepts to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and design goals. - Research, select, and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures. - Work within budget constraints to deliver projects on time and within scope. - Manage projects from inception to completion, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers. - Review and revise designs based on feedback to ensure they meet client expectations and project goals. - Keep abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and materials.
