Operate and maintain boilers safely and efficiently as per prescribed operating procedures.
Ensure continuous operation of boiler systems at optimal performance to meet process and production requirements.
Monitor boiler parameters such as temperature, pressure, and water levels to maintain operational stability.
Conduct routine inspections of the boiler system and associated equipment to detect any malfunctions or deviations.
Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication of boiler components to avoid breakdowns.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent hazards and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and any abnormal incidents.
Report defects or technical issues to the concerned authority promptly for timely. rectification.
