This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 15 years Location: Abuja, Nigeria JobType: full-time We are seeking an experiencedCOOto lead and optimize operations across terminals, logistics, supply chain, plant performance, and distribution at multiple sites. The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise inLPG or downstream oil and gas operations, with a focus on execution, safety, compliance, and sustainable growth. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across terminals, depots, logistics, and bottling plants. Ensure high safety standards, operational efficiency, and consistent service delivery across regions. Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and frameworks to drive operational excellence. Align operational performance with financial and strategic objectives. Champion health, safety, environmental (HSE) practices and ensure full regulatory compliance. Build and scale systems, teams, and infrastructure to support long-term sustainable growth. Foster a culture of high accountability, continuous improvement, and performance mentoring. Who You Are: 15+ years of experience in operations, with a minimum of 5 years in senior/executive roles within LPG or downstream oil and gas sectors. Strong technical and operational knowledge of plant management, HSE, supply chain, and asset management. Proven leadership, execution, budgeting, and scaling capabilities. Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Age range: 3550 years. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
