Job Title WORK PERMIT RECIEVER All candidates should have GULF experience in relevant field. Attractive Salary, Food Allowance, Accommodation & Transportation Provided. Section 1 Duties and Responsibilities Reporting to work on time prescribed by the Supervisor of the Area / Project Making sure all the manpower who has been delegated to him arrives at the dispatch area prior to receiving the Daily scope of work. Ensure that all the required inspection sticker is valid for all the Tools, and equipment that will be utilized on the location before dispatching them on the site for example compressor 3rd party certificate and sticker must be Valid. Perform daily inspections on all equipment given to the site, ensuring all required checklists, and certificate is thoroughly completed, and necessary requirements are in place. Proactively identifying hazards within the organization and identify control measures, and ensure their implementation with continuous monitoring, Conduct and actively participate in safety meetings and drills. Ensure conduct a Daily Toolbox Talk with the Safety Officer regarding the site situation and activities prior to starting the daily scope of work (TBT) Ensure compliance with safety rules and standards both on and off the job. Serve as a role model for safety compliance by adhering to those set rules and standards by himself/ herself. Promptly report and investigate all accidents, incidents, and near-miss occurrences. Document and file all reported incidents for further investigation. Also, Stop, report, and file unsafe acts/conditions, Enforce the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all job tasks and activities. Verify the competency/ training of the employee in their respective roles. Perform the daily scope of work with a full understanding of the job requirements. Act as the source of communication between the workers and the management staff. Ensure the development and familiarity of emergency procedures and evacuation plans at the work location. Be well-versed with approved health, safety, and environmental plans and ensure their compliance with these plans across the project. Effectively implement the processes, procedures, and systems. Daily reports will be done in Manual thru DPR and online Thru System input. Section 1 Duties and Responsibilities Produce timely technical reports on areas of technical safety and risk assessment and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) protocols and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Identify training needs and conduct training and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor manpower performance. Work permit Receivers are responsible for all the manpower safety that working with them and making sure all manpower are getting back to their accommodation after the work is completed. Work permit Receivers are also responsible for updating the Crew supervisor from time to time on the status and update of their locations. Work permit Receivers are also responsible for the Timesheet of all the manpower working under them. Proper documentation will be monitored daily to make sure there are no standby resources. Work permit Receivers are also responsible for informing/asking the supervisor for the next activity when the last activities are finished. Note: Saudi Aramco will conduct a Written Examination prior for Approval Section 2 Qualifications & Experience Qualification Engineering / Diploma background (Mandatory) Experience Minimum 2 Years of working Gulf experience in oil and gas industry along with total 4 Years of Expeirence. Section 3 Other Conditions Site Foreman should also Pass Aramco WPR Exam and get certificate as Work Permit Receiver from Saudi Aramco, Required training will be provided by the company If Site Foreman is unable to pass Aramco WPR Exam/Unable to get Aramco Work Permit Receiver Certificate for any reason, company has rights to take action which might lead to termination of contract Site Foreman should pass Saudi Government Driving License test and get Saudi Driving License, Required training will be provided by the company
