We are looking for a Senior Backend Python Developer with 8-10 years of experience to join our Data Engineering Team. This role focuses on building robust ETL pipelines, backend systems, and integrating AI-driven solutions for enterprise applications.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

🔸 Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using DBT, Airflow, and Airbyte

🔸Build and maintain robust data integration systems across multiple applications

🔸Develop high-performance backend APIs using FastAPI

🔸Optimize databases for performance and maintain large-scale data warehouses

🔸Implement serverless solutions with Azure Functions

🔸Develop data visualization dashboards with Apache Superset

🔸Integrate AI capabilities and agent-based systems

🔸Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

🔸8-10 years in backend development

🔸5+ years in ETL / Data Engineering

🔸Strong Python expertise, including async programming

🔸Experience with DBT, Airflow, Airbyte, SQLAlchemy, FastAPI

🔸Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and database optimization

🔸Experience with Azure cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes

🔸Knowledge of AI orchestration or LLM integration is a plus

🔸E-commerce API integration experience (Amazon SP-API, Shopify, etc.) is a bonus

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

🔸Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field

🔸Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

🔸Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
