人事マネージャーとして、人材採用・評価・研修・労務管理など、人事業務全般を統括し、経営陣と連携しながら組織戦略の実現を支援します。

As an HR Manager, you will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, training, and labor management, supporting organizational strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.

  • 採用戦略の策定と実行
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • 人材評価・報酬制度の運用・改善
  • Manage and improve performance evaluation and compensation systems
  • 社員研修・能力開発プログラムの企画・実施
  • Plan and implement employee training and development programs
  • 労務管理・規程遵守の監督
  • Oversee labor management and compliance with regulations
  • 経営陣への人事施策の提案・サポート
  • Advise and support management on HR initiatives
  • チームマネジメントおよび人材育成
  • Manage HR team and develop talent
応募条件 / Requirements
  • 人事関連業務の経験5年以上(マネージャー経験歓迎)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably with managerial experience
  • 採用・評価・研修・労務管理の知識と実務経験
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment, performance, training, and labor management
  • 労働法規やコンプライアンスに関する知識
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • 経営層と連携した戦略的視点での業務遂行能力
  • Ability to work strategically with senior management
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語力
  • Business-level Japanese and English proficiency

  • グローバル企業での人事マネジメント経験
  • Experience managing HR in a global organization
  • HRシステム(SAP, Workday等)の使用経験
  • Experience with HR systems (SAP, Workday, etc.)
