• Conduct phone surveys with customers or participants
• 고객 또는 참가자 대상 전화 설문 진행
• Accurately record responses and maintain data integrity
• 응답을 정확하게 기록하고 데이터 정확성 유지
• Report survey results and trends to supervisors
• 설문 결과 및 트렌드 보고
• Maintain professional and courteous communication
• 전문적이고 친절한 커뮤니케이션 유지
• Meet daily and weekly call targets
• 일일/주간 콜 목표 달성

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 고등학교 졸업 이상
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Korean
• 영어 및 한국어 원활한 의사소통 능력
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems
• 기본 컴퓨터 활용 능력 및 MS Office/CRM 사용 경험
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• 자율적으로 업무 수행 및 시간 관리 능력
• Previous call center or survey experience preferred
• 콜센터 또는 설문 관련 경력 우대
