Description
We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Zuora Developer to join our team. We are looking for candidates who can join us on an immediate to 15-day (maximum) notice period . This role will be crucial in developing, customizing, and integrating Zuora solutions to support our subscription management, billing, and revenue operations. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Zuora platform and its ecosystem to build robust integrations and automate critical business workflows, ensuring seamless operations across our enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Zuora Platform Development: Design, develop, and configure solutions within the Zuora platform, focusing on billing, customer account management, and payment management functionalities. Integration Development: Develop and maintain complex integrations between Zuora and key enterprise systems, including Salesforce, various Payment Gateways, and Avalara, utilizing Zuora APIs effectively. Workflow Automation: Take ownership of Zuora workflows, automating new business processes and enhancing existing ones to improve operational efficiency. Order Management: Apply a strong understanding of Order lifecycles, relevant Zuora APIs, and Order Harmonization to ensure accurate and streamlined subscription changes. Zuora Admin & Object Model: Work extensively with Zuora Admin functionalities, demonstrating a deep understanding of Zuora objects and the Zuora object model for data modeling and solution design. Independent Module Delivery: Be able to independently deliver complete functional modules from design to deployment. API Utilization: Utilize Zuora APIs effectively for custom development, data synchronization, and integration purposes. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Zuora configurations and integrations. Required Qualifications: 5-10 years of hands-on experience specifically as a Zuora Developer or in a similar role with significant Zuora platform exposure. Good knowledge of Zuora's core functionalities, including billing, customer management, and payment processing. Proven experience in integrating Zuora with other enterprise systems. Mandatory Skills: Zuora Platform Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of Zuora billing, customer management, and payment management modules. Zuora Integrations: Hands-on experience with integrations involving Zuora with Salesforce, Payment Gateways, and Avalara. Zuora APIs: Proficient in utilizing Zuora APIs for development and integration purposes. Zuora Workflow Automation: Demonstrated experience in automating and enhancing Zuora workflows. Zuora Order Management: Strong understanding of Zuora Order lifecycles, relevant APIs, and Order Harmonization. Zuora Admin & Objects: Good understanding of the Zuora platform, Zuora Admin functionalities, and a deep understanding of the Zuora object model. Independent Delivery: Ability to deliver independent modules and solutions.
