About you: 5-7 Years of experience Good understanding of Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs. Product Catalog and Charge Models Expert in Zuora Invoice template creation and updating. Payments, Bill runs, billing document posting, Invoice, CM HTML templates Worked on Zuora Order line-item feature - Create Order line-item, create Invoice order line item. Subscription lifecycle management - Create, update, renew, cancel etc. Reconciliations and troubleshooting for month end processes Mass create/update/delete at/for multiple objects Experience in developer tools, postman tools Experience integrating to ecommerce, payment gateways, Data analytics platforms and tax system Must have worked on integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Zuora APIs,Payment Gateways. Zuora Workflow experience is required to automate new workflows and enhance the existing ones. In-depth knowledge of Admin features and setups like setting up Roles, Permissions, Billing templates Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zuora configurations, integrations, and data flows. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders on Zuora functionalities and best practices. Stay up-to-date with Zuora product updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and utilization. Automation of Zuora deployment Ability to write ZOQL 3- 5 years of experience in Zuora development. Strong knowledge of Zuora functionalities, including billing, payments, and subscription management. Agile/scrum environment Automation Technology Education - Master s/Bachelors Degree - Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/Information Technology.

We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Zuora Developer to join our team. We are looking for candidates who can join us on an immediate to 15-day (maximum) notice period . This role will be crucial in developing, customizing, and integrating Zuora solutions to support our subscription management, billing, and revenue operations. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Zuora platform and its ecosystem to build robust integrations and automate critical business workflows, ensuring seamless operations across our enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Zuora Platform Development: Design, develop, and configure solutions within the Zuora platform, focusing on billing, customer account management, and payment management functionalities. Integration Development: Develop and maintain complex integrations between Zuora and key enterprise systems, including Salesforce, various Payment Gateways, and Avalara, utilizing Zuora APIs effectively. Workflow Automation: Take ownership of Zuora workflows, automating new business processes and enhancing existing ones to improve operational efficiency. Order Management: Apply a strong understanding of Order lifecycles, relevant Zuora APIs, and Order Harmonization to ensure accurate and streamlined subscription changes. Zuora Admin & Object Model: Work extensively with Zuora Admin functionalities, demonstrating a deep understanding of Zuora objects and the Zuora object model for data modeling and solution design. Independent Module Delivery: Be able to independently deliver complete functional modules from design to deployment. API Utilization: Utilize Zuora APIs effectively for custom development, data synchronization, and integration purposes. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Zuora configurations and integrations. Required Qualifications: 5-10 years of hands-on experience specifically as a Zuora Developer or in a similar role with significant Zuora platform exposure. Good knowledge of Zuora's core functionalities, including billing, customer management, and payment processing. Proven experience in integrating Zuora with other enterprise systems. Mandatory Skills: Zuora Platform Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of Zuora billing, customer management, and payment management modules.
