Job Description

Zscaler Management: Administering and optimizing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC), • Security Policy: Developing, implementing, and enforcing web security, and access policies. • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues with proxy performance, user authentication (SAML, Azure AD), and traffic flows. • Integration: Connecting Zscaler with identity providers (Okta, ADFS), SIEMs (Splunk), and other security tools. • Zero Trust: Driving Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) initiatives and secure cloud connectivity. • Documentation: Creating runbooks, configuration guides, and root cause analyses. Key Skills & Qualifications • Zscaler Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCC • Networking: Deep understanding of proxies, firewalls, DNS, routing, SSL inspection, and VPNs. • Cloud Security: Knowledge of CASB, DLP, and SASE (Secure Access Service Edge). • Identity: Experience with SAML, SSO, Azure AD, Okta integration. • Tools: Familiarity with traffic analysis tools (Wireshark) and SIEMs. • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
