Zone Leader North/ East/ West

As a Discovery Zone Leader for North East & West at Cytiva, you will play a crucial role in leading commercial activities in the North/East/West region, maintaining close customer connections, and strategizing for wider account coverage and lead generation. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of talented account managers, devising routine prospecting activities, tracking customer deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by proactively escalating and closing pending tasks with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for publishing and maintaining dashboards for key commercial parameters. Your qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 8 years of industry experience, preferably in life sciences or healthcare. You should possess strong business acumen in life sciences, expertise in solution/outcome selling with integrity, entrepreneurial thinking, and a people-oriented approach that empowers and inspires.
