Zonal Training Manager

Purpose of the role:

Enhance the knowledge, skills and competencies of employees which will enable them to perform their jobs effectively and contribute to the organizations overall success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Training delivery: Facilitate behavioral & functional training sessions in various formats (classroom, virtual, on-the-job)
• Drive learning reinforcement and post-training support by actively involving managers to drive on-the-job application and sustained behavior change.
• Conduct Induction of new joiners
• Drive the completion of self-paced courses through LMS
• Understand learning gaps and drive productivity within zone.
• Project Management: Timely execution of training calendars, programs, and follow-ups
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of training activities, attendance and results. Prepare reports on training program effectiveness and participation.
• Cost control: Ensures expenses for training are well within the budget

Skills Required:

• Core Training and Facilitation skills.
• Business Acumen Understanding of Business operations.
• Coaching & Mentoring- Ability to groom front-line managers and high-potential talent.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficient in using training software and tools.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven experience in facilitation.
