Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end HR operations across all showrooms in the assigned zone.
Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and induction for showroom staff in coordination with central HR.
Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and SOPs at the zonal level.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, morale, and productivity.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and workplace conduct through regular showroom visits and reporting systems.
Support performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development plans in consultation with store managers and HO.
Ensure timely processing of payroll inputs, leaves, and attendance records in coordination with payroll teams.
Maintain statutory compliance with labor laws including ESI, PF, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
Conduct regular HR audits and ensure documentation and records are up-to-date.
Act as a strategic HR business partner to the zonal leadership for manpower planning and HR strategy alignment.
