As a Zoho Specialist (Developer) with 3 to 6 years of experience, your role will involve customizing Zoho solutions, integrating with third-party systems, and delivering client-facing solutions with professionalism and clarity. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining solutions on Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Creator. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, customizing, and maintaining solutions on Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Creator - Creating custom modules, workflows, functions, and automation - Integrating Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs (experience with SOAP APIs is an added advantage) - Designing responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring timely resolution - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions - Documenting technical processes and providing training/support to internal teams - Coordinating with US-based clients, ensuring availability for overlap with US working hours Required Skills: - 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator (including REST API integration), and Deluge scripting - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Strong understanding of the Zoho ecosystem and its customization capabilities - Excellent communication skills (as the candidate may face US-based clients) - Ability to work partially overlapping with US time zones Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with SOAP APIs - Knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) applications - Zoho Certifications - Prior experience working with multiple clients across industries - Familiarity with other Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho People, Zoho Desk),
