Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with 1-5 years of experience to manage all Zoho applications for our internal teams, including workflows and user access management. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and managing Zoho applications, as well as integrating them with external apps.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain all Zoho applications for internal teams, including workflows and user access management.
Set up and configure Zoho applications for users, providing training and support.
Identify opportunities for integration with external apps and implement solutions.
Troubleshoot queries and issues related to Zoho applications, acting as an internal Zoho Support desk.
Plan, implement, and manage process change initiatives with department heads.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to document processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Experience working with Zoho applications, including workflows and user access management.
Strong understanding of APIs, scripts, and setup processes in Zoho.
Ability to set up knowledge for users to learn and execute their processes.
Familiarity with programming languages such as PHP, Python, Node.js, Java, or C#.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
