We are seeking talented and highly skilled Director-level consultants to join our team and support us to expand our impact in the Private Equity (PE) sector. You will be working closely with Alysian leaders, PE Operating Partners, and the CIOs/IT Leadership teams at portfolio companies to execute transformative IT-enabled value creation strategies. CONTEXT ON ROLE We are looking for a skilled Zoho Admin and Developer to join our team as an Internal IT Manager. This role is crucial in managing our Zoho applications and supporting our transition from Excel-based IP to Zoho Writer and other Zoho tools. QUALIFICATION Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. WORK EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a Zoho of over 5 years. Strong knowledge of Zoho applications and development tools. Experience with data migration and integration projects. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Zoho Development: Develop and implement custom solutions using Zoho Creator and other Zoho development tools. Integrate Zoho applications with other third-party systems. Create and maintain workflows, scripts, and automation within Zoho applications. Assist in migrating existing IP from Excel to Zoho Writer/ Zoho Analytics and other Zoho tools. Develop templates and tools in Zoho Writer to replace Excel-based processes. Provide training and support for staff during the migration process. IT Management: Oversee the IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operation of all IT systems. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures. Manage IT projects and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery. IT Administration: Manage and maintain IT applications including Zoho and Microsoft Stack. Configure and customize Zoho applications to meet business requirements. Ensure data integrity and security within Zoho applications. Provide user support and training for Zoho applications. IT license managements: Manage software and hardware licenses, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements. Monitor and track IT assets and subscriptions to optimize costs and efficiency. Proof of Concepts (POCs) of potential new products: Evaluate new IT solutions and technologies by conducting POCs to determine feasibility and business impact. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and implement innovative IT solutions. REQUIREMENTS Preferred Skills: Experience with other IT management tools and systems. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Deluge, JavaScript, or Python. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Client facing experience Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
