Experience Required deluge, Zoho, Zoho crm, NodeJS, Zoho suite Job Description Role Requirements Business Analysis & Documentation Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Solution Requirement Documents (SRDs), and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs Data Management & Analysis Develop automated reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics Application Implementation & Support Lead the implementation of Zoho CRM, Zoho People, and Zoho Desk Customize Zoho applications using JavaScript and Deluge Train and support end-users’ post-deployment Project & Process Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on timely delivery Improve business processes through automation and system integration Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field 2+ years of experience in IT analysis, technical consulting, or similar roles Proficiency NodeJS, JavaScript, and Deluge Experience with Zoho Suite Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
