As a Zoho Developer at Aertsen Living, your expertise in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications will play a vital role in driving workflow automation and enhancing business processes. You will be responsible for customizing and configuring Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications to meet the specific needs of the organization. Collaborating with business teams, you will identify automation opportunities and optimize operational processes. Your role will also involve developing and implementing automation workflows, custom modules, and third-party integrations. Additionally, you will write and maintain Deluge scripts to support custom business logic and ensure the stability of Zoho applications while troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Maintaining documentation for all customizations and integrations will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Customize and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications. - Develop and implement automation workflows, custom modules, and third-party integrations. - Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize operational processes. - Write and maintain Deluge scripts to support custom business logic. - Troubleshoot issues and ensure the stability of Zoho applications. - Maintain documentation for all customizations and integrations. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience with the Zoho platform. - Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books/Accounts. - Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting. - Experience with REST APIs and integration of Zoho with other platforms. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
