Role Overview

Zoho Architect / Principal Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design

  : Architect end-to-end Zoho solutions across CRM, Creator, Desk, Analytics, and Flow.

• Configuration & Development

  : Hands-on build of modules, workflows, Deluge scripts, APIs, and integrations with external systems (websites, payments, ERPs).

• Prototyping & IP Development

  : Work with CEO and U.S. practice leads to create reusable

  Gov Templates

  (Lost & Found, Case Management, Complaint Tracking).

• Client Engagement

  : Join daily standups and workshops with U.S. clients; translate business processes into scalable CRM solutions.

• Knowledge Transfer

  : Mentor India-based junior admins and developers to build internal Zoho capability.

• Delivery Oversight

  : Ensure compliance with accessibility, audit, and reporting needs specific to government clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in

  Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, and Analytics

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Deluge scripting

  and Zoho API integrations.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise or government projects on Zoho.
• Ability to translate business workflows into technical designs.
• Strong communication skills to interface with U.S. stakeholders daily.
• Experience mentoring small teams.
• (Preferred) Prior work with public sector or NGO clients.
