Job Overview

Active Edu Technologies is looking for a dedicated Zoho Books Trainer to conduct training programs for college students. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books and experience in delivering training sessions for colleges or educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality Zoho Books training sessions for college students
• Deliver practical, hands-on demonstrations and real-time use cases
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
• Coordinate with colleges for class schedules and training requirements
• Engage with students, clarify doubts, and ensure learning outcomes
• Maintain attendance, feedback, and training reports
• Support academic teams in orientation and program delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of training experience
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Books
• Basic understanding of accounting & finance concepts
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to handle large student groups
• Willingness to travel for college trainings

Qualifications

• B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance or related field)
• Zoho Finance certification (added advantage)
