Location : Mohali, Punjab

Salary : Rs.15,000- 35,000/month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Zoho Books Expert with hands-on experience in managing accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations through Zoho Books. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, and be able to configure and optimize Zoho Books for smooth financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books.
• Set up, customize, and maintain Zoho Books according to company requirements.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and invoicing.
• Generate financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS.
• Automate workflows and integrate Zoho Books with other Zoho/third-party applications.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide training/support to internal teams on Zoho Books usage.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Zoho support if required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho Books.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Experience with GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards (if India-specific).
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
