Zoho Books Accounting Consultant

As a Zoho Books Accountant, you will collaborate with senior accountants and finance managers to manage bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliation tasks using Zoho Books. Your responsibilities will include understanding business financial requirements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and working with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial data supporting business decisions. You should have at least 1 year of experience and hold a qualification such as B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, ICWA Inter, or any relevant finance/accounting degree. Proficiency in Zoho Books, accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS, VAT, etc.), financial reporting, reconciliation, ERP, and cloud accounting is required. Your role will involve assisting in daily accounting transactions within Zoho Books, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and conducting reconciliations. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulations, support month-end and year-end financial closing activities, generate financial reports for decision-making, and collaborate to enhance accounting processes. Desired skills include basic knowledge of Zoho Books or cloud-based accounting software, understanding of financial statements and taxation, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, troubleshooting abilities, self-learning attitude, effective communication skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger management, as well as familiarity with the Zoho ecosystem and ERP integrations, is advantageous. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a yearly bonus. The work location is in-person in Rajkot, Gujarat.
