Job Title: Manager Full Truck Load (FTL) OperationsLocation: GurgaonJob Summary: The role involves optimizing operational performance through monitoring fleet operations, controlling costs, and collaborating with key stakeholders based on data-driven reviews. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless fleet management, driving process improvements, and executing projects to enhance efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Fleet Management – Manage & lead own fleet network covering maintenance, driver salary, route cost and fleet related operational as well as financial MIS/DataCost Optimization – Continuously find avenues for cost reduction & control in own fleet as well as partner networkPerformance Optimization & Review – Data driven performance review with operations & ground team, finding avenues for process improvement and resolve performance related customer escalationOperations Management – Oversee planning & placement of vehicle along with managing control tower team for effective operationsStakeholder Management – Work closely with different stakeholders viz finance, operations, tech, vendor, OEMs and leadership team. Influence decision making with Data & InsightsProjects – Drive projects related to customer requirements, partner performance, tech improvement and process optimization as and when required. Able to execute these projects with coordination of different stakeholdersQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred)6+ years of experience in Logistics, with significant exposure to the FTL business and pan-India operationsStrong knowledge of Express trucking business processes, transportation regulations, and fleet management systemsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesUse of MS Excel for Data driven decision making is a plus
